Last weekend skilly Scott Resnick and I flew up to Davenport, WA for a meeting of the minds. It was sweet! I hope to post some video and pics soon.
We established our itinerary...at least a tentative schedule. Here is what it looks like:
June 17 Mark & Thomas, Anthony & Bryan arrive in San Diego
June 18 Early AM = stage vans. First flight arrives 11:40. Last flight 7:15.
Shuttle to LaJolla beach.
Leave the beach at 5:45pm, drive to El Cajon
Matt will be in charge of logistics at the church, send off by van to eat in Fletcher Hills.
Worship & bed.
June 19 Border Crossing
Set up camp
Family Groups
Worship, campfire
June 20 Work Day 1 – Slab Day
June 21 Work Day 2 – Frame Day
June 22 Work Day 3 – Wrap Day
June 23 Work Day 4 – Stucco Day & Dedications
June 24 Break camp
Go to church
Rosarito
Border Crossing
Back to Fletcher Hills
(Anthony Clayton & possibly Courtney Edwards fly out Sunday)
June 25 Shuttle to the airport
La Jolla
How are you getting tools/tents/kitchen down? Loading/unloading is my eighth favorite part of the trip.

We're taking all of our tools on the plane- there isn't a problem with that is there? (Courtney's going back with the main team)
